I am quickly realizing that the more positive images I have around me, the happier I tend to feel. While you can’t cover your whole home with photos you can certainly have them in a folder on your computer/Ipad and browse through them for photo therapy. For example, I love to look at photos of anything French, the villages and towns surrounding the Mediterranean and gorgeously displayed food. So I end up searching the net for pictures that fit that criteria. Sometimes all I have to do is look through my own pics! Here are a few I have taken that I love!
